Cancellation

TICKET CANCELLATION:

  • The tickets booked through Company are cancelable.
  • You need to refund the amount to customer after deducting cancellation fee as applicable.
  • You will follow the cancellation policy of respective bus operator under which such booking was made.
  • Please note that the cancellation fee and cancellation period may differ according to the scenarios. Please contact any of our executives for complete details or enter your ticket number on the print ticket tab to read the cancellation policy for your ticket.
  • In case one needs the refund to be credited back to his/her bank account, please write your cash coupon details to care@keralacitytour.com.
  • The transaction charges or the home delivery charges will not be refunded in the event of ticket cancellation.
  • In case a booking confirmation e-mail and sms gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' as long as the ticket shows up on the confirmation page.
  • The user will have to contact the bus operator/agent to get his/her reservation cancelled. Company is in no way responsible to ensure that the ticket shall be cancelled and the sole liability to confirm the same with the bus operator/agent shall lie with the User.

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Greater than or equal to 20 days prior to the day of the tour – 5% cancellation charge.
  • Between 15 – 19 days prior to the day of the tour – 25% cancellation charge.
  • Between 10 – 14 days prior to the day of the tour – 50% cancellation charge.
  • Between 05 – 09 days prior to the day of the tour – 75% cancellation charge.
  • Less than or equal to 4 days prior to the day of the tour – 100 % cancellation charge.

REFUNDS

  • In case of a successful cancellation, the refund shall be credited to the specified account within 4 to 7 working days.
  • No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.
  • In case of any Political violence, Hartals, or Religious protests etc, no refunds are available once the tour is commenced and if the issue is being notified at least 1 day prior the day of tour the ticket charge will be refunded.
  • Customers are supposed to cooperate with the operator in case the tour is delayed due to any technical reasons which includes accidents, mechanical trouble etc.
  • Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.
  • Refund against ticket amount will not be applicable for no show by Passengers at the preferred boarding point.
